IntegriFacts is an Internet platform for designing and managing personal background and bio-data questionnaires for job candidates.
InegriFacts has 4 primary layers:
- Personal questionnaires - A user-friendly background questionnaire to be filled in by candidates at recruiter's offices or remotely on the net.
- BioData Analyzer (BDA) - The data provided by the candidates is analyzed online and presented to the authorized manager. BDA identifies discrepancies, gaps, past job patterns and suitability to requirements criteria defined for the specific position. The analyzed questionnaire is presented to the recruiter with narrative and graphic remarks, alert flags, follow up as well as in depth questions.
- Interviewers' appraisal Report- based on the analyzed questionnaire, the recruiter interviews the candidate and fills in his/her findings and conclusions.
- Documents and addendums - photos and relevant documents (references, diplomas, and certificates) can be attached to candidate's file.
