Mr. Ishayau (Sigi) Horowitz is President and Founder of Midot Global, as well as the Director of the Horowitz-Ginton Academy for Credibility Assessment and the Horowitz Forensic Polygraph Institute. Mr. Horowitz is a clinical criminologist and senior polygraph expert. He previously served as Head of the Scientific Interrogation Department and Polygraph Laboratories of the Israeli Police, and then as Senior Investigator in the Israeli Army Criminal Investigation Unit. Mr. Horowitz is a member of the American Polygraph Association, and a co-founder and past President of the Israeli Polygraph Examiners Association.

Mr. Itai Horowitz is CEO of Midot Global. Previously, Mr. Horowitz served as the Business Development Director at Midot. Before joining Midot, Mr. Horowitz worked as an Information Security Consultant for Leumi Bank and a Procurement Projects Manager at the Taldor Group. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Derby University, is a Certified Information Systems Analyst by the Israel Chamber of Information Systems Analysts, and is a Certified Information Security Appointee by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Mr. Amit Primor is in charge of finance and global operations at Midot. Mr. Primor oversees operations for Midot's distributors and clients in over 25 countries. Prior to joining Midot, Mr. Primor served as Commerce Manager for "Drom Yehuda," an Israeli real estate development company. Mr. Primor holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Business Ventures) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a BA in Business Administration (Marketing & Finance) from the College of Management, in Israel. He is also a certified Information Systems Analyst by Israel Chamber of Information Systems.

Dr. Saul Fine is Chief R&D Officer at Midot. He is a chartered psychologist in the area of personnel assessment and selection, and is an adjunct lecturer in psychology at the University of Haifa. Prior to joining Midot, Dr. Fine was VP of Assessment Solutions at CareerHarmony, a subsidiary of Manpower, Inc., and before that he spent time as a personnel psychologist in the Israeli Defense Forces. Dr. Fine's work has been published in a variety of academic journals and presented at several international conferences. He holds a PhD in industrial psychology from the University of Haifa, in Israel, and is a member of a number of professional organizations including: APA, SIOP, EAWOP, IPA, IAAP, and ISPA.

Mrs. Hedva Hazai is CEO of Midot Israel. She is in charge of developing and supporting the Israeli market, as well as managing Midot's integrity interview, background and reference checks, polygraph examinations, and overall management consulting services for Midot Global. Mrs. Hazai joined Midot from the Israel Security Agency ("Shin Bet"), where she held various managerial positions, including Head of the National Division of Reliability Assessments and Trust Control. Mrs. Hazai lectures frequently on the topics of integrity interviewing techniques, corporate reliability assessment, 360 human factor integrity and more, at HR and security seminars and conferences.
