| Predictive Validity of Midot test under the academic supervision of Derby University
The question of whether the tests are valid and predict who will be a good employee and who should not be hired was at the base of the study that was conducted for Midot Integrity test.
The main conclusion from the findings of the study is that Midot test contributes to screening unreliable applicants and thus raises the level of employee occupational integrity.
