Brinks Israel was established in 1965 and is the country's leading company in the field of security services.
Needless to say, the security field in general and the handling of money in particular requires employing individuals who are highly reliable and credible. Brinks holds the integrity and credibility of its employees among its most important values.
Therefore, the company has set strict standards for all stages of the recruitment and hiring process of all new employees, based upon job requirements and specific qualifications.
As of the year 2002, Brinks Israel has integrated Midot tests into the recruitment and assessment process..
Midot's findings filter applicants who have high risk potential for involvement in procedural rule breaking and occupational offences.
In addition, the information received from the Midot tests are used to emphasize and identify subjects that require further investigation and examination.
"We have found a match of 92% between the findings of Midot to the results of the polygraph examinations we are conducting on the same applicants" says Mr. Yossi Rahamim, Manager of the Operation Center.
"We have reached the conclusion that the applicants, who fail Midot, will not continue to the following vetting stages and thus we achieve significant savings in the recruiting costs while improving the quality of the selected manpower".
Midot's examinations are conducted at the regional recruitment centers in order to achieve standardization of the sorting procedure and the level of recruits. The technological infrastructure of Midot enables decentralized management of pre-employment testing while providing real time current supervision; instruction and backup of the company's headquarter office.
"Midot’s application on its internet platform has enabled us to quickly and easily assimilate the system within the whole organization. We have recommended the system also to the companies with which we conduct business relationships", says Mr. Yossi Sayag, Deputy General Manager of Brinks Israel.
