Brinks (Israel) and Midot have signed a Global Cooperation Agreement
Midot Integrity Assessment Systems, who specialize in the development of tools for assessing employee integrity and operate in over 20 countries, have signed an international partnership agreement with Brinks (Israel), a subsidiary of Brinks Global, the world’s leading company for providing armored delivery services of money and valuables, handling cash, full service to ATM machines centers and storage services in treasuries. The company operates in 53 countries and has 42,000 employees. As part of the agreement, Brinks Israel will market Midot’s services to Brink’s branches across the globe. “Having applied Midot’s tests and carrying out internal validity research of its assessments for five years, we have come to realize the benefits of the Midot system and have decided to promote its services to Brink’s branches globally,” noted Mr. Yitzchak Rabin, the CEO of Brinks (Israel). Itai Horowitz, CEO of Midot, added further that this agreement “is part of the company’s strategy in widening its circle of global customers while applying international organizational standards together with the adherence to legal requirements and local regulations in each and every country.” |

Midot has signed a joint partnership agreement with Adecco Mexico.
Midot, a company specializing in the development of online occupational integrity assessments, has signed a joint partnership agreement with Adecco Mexico. The agreement includes adapting Midot’s Integrifacts platform to match the unique needs of the Mexican market. This unique project involves the integration of integrity assessment results with those of biographical questionnaires among job applicants, and does so using the Integrifacts system’s Biodata Analyzer, which can identify behavioral patterns and desired occupational norms. Adecco is the world’s largest staffing company with offices in 60 countries, and is a strategic partner for distributing Midot’s services in Mexico. Itai Horowitz, CEO of Midot, explains that “this agreement is part of Midot’s organizational strategy to continue to develop and enrich the company’s suite of occupational integrity assessment tools”.

Midot has announced a long term distribution agreement with a Swiss company.
Midot has signed a long term distribution agreement with a Swiss company. In its initial stage, the agreement is estimated at 2.5nis million. The Swiss company operates in Eastern Europe and will begin exclusive distribution of Midot in the Ukraine. Included in the agreement are the supply and maintenance of technological platforms, customization of assessment tools to local culture and occupational norms as well as professional support.
Midot, which specializes in developing and providing work ethics and integrity assessment solutions, operates in 22 countries throughout Europe and Latin America.
Horowitz added that the company is presently conducting market assessments in various countries throughout the Far East and Western Europe.
