 Midot IntegriTEST scoring and final evaluation can now be customized according to clients’ requirements
It is now possible to customize client-level test criteria, according to which candidates’ final evaluations are calculated.
Candidates’ responses to specific background questions can now be defined by you, to influence the test’s final evaluation - as you see fit. This includes both system default questions and clients custom questions.
For example:
- You can set all affirmative responses to questions regarding prior marijuana and/or other drug use to cause an automatic "Not Recommended", “Requires clarification”, or have no affect at all.
