Apart from the candidates' Integrity, Midot offers you a range of occupational test batteries. The batteries are norms and job description adapted, specifically to your preferences. They include cognitive (intellectual) capabilities, personality traits and job related behavioral patterns.
The occupational tests are also web based and can be performed from any computer with internet connection.
